WALK IN THE WOODS WITH MOULSECOOMB PRIMARY

Thanks to funding from the Big Lottery Fund which funded a year long celebration of Queensdown Woods being part of the South Downs National Park, Dave Bangs has been taking groups of schoolchildren from Moulsecoomb Primary into the woods and surrounding fields. Pupils have been busy planting up their own individual raised beds and some have been helping put up the new polytunnel with coppiced wood.

Photography Day at the Forest Garden!

On friday 13th we did a photography workshop at the forest garden. Volunteers took part in learning how to use a digital camera and photograph parts of the garden that they liked the most. Some volunteers were really familiar with the garden and some were completely new!
